Over the last 12 years, I’ve been in the thick of it with chronic anxiety & burnout — testing different tools & techniques to live a life without daily anxiety. Learning to live with more compassion, healing patterns and unlearning the belief that I had to do it all on my own.
I didn’t become a coach because I had it all figured out. I became one because I’ve lived through the messy middle and know the power of being met with compassion instead of judgement.
Coaching with me is real, thoughtful, and human. I’ll hold space while you make sense of things, untangle the noise, and come back to what’s true for you.

According to the Internation Coaching Federation (ICF) coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.
“Individual” or “1:1 coaching” is where there is one client and coach at a time so the sessions are personalised and confidential, compared to a group coaching program.

Results are unique to each individual, but many clients begin noticing positive changes within 4–8 sessions. Transforming deeply rooted behaviours and beliefs takes time, yet every step forward brings you closer to your goals. For some, 6 sessions can create significant progress, while others choose to partner with a coach long-term to continue growing and evolving. The journey is uniquely yours, and it depends on your goals, the time you dedicate to your transformation, and the level of support you feel is right for you. Coaching offers the opportunity to create lasting, meaningful change at your own pace.
