Terms & Conditions for Restore with hannah

Welcome to Restore with hannah (“Company,” “I” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, services, and any promotions or advertisements we run, including but not limited to our Facebook advertising campaigns.
1. Acceptance of Terms - By engaging with our services or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Services - All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update our offerings at any time without prior notice.
3. Pricing & Payments - All prices are listed in AUD (Australian) and are subject to change without notice. Payments must be made in full before the delivery of products or services. We accept Stripe & Direct Debit payment methods.
4. Cancellations - Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date.
5. User Conduct - Users must not use our services for illegal or unauthorised purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms.
6. Privacy Policy & Collection of Personal Information - We value your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy below to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We will not collect personal information unless it is reasonably necessary for, or directly related to, our coaching services. If the information is sensitive (such as health-related data), we will obtain explicit consent before collection.
Clients may have the option to remain anonymous or use a pseudonym if practical. However, this may limit our ability to provide certain services effectively.
7. Storage & Security of Personal Data - We take reasonable steps to ensure personal information is kept secure and protected from misuse, interference, loss, or unauthorised access. This includes password protection, encrypted storage, and secure data management systems.
8. Use of Personal Information - Personal information collected is used for the following purposes:
· Providing coaching services and managing client relationships
· Scheduling appointments and processing payments
· Communicating updates, newsletters, resources and promotional materials (clients may opt-out at any time)
· Improving our services based on client feedback
9. Third-Party Disclosure - We do not sell or distribute personal information to third parties. However, we may share necessary information with third-party services such as payment processors, scheduling software, or email marketing tools that assist in delivering our services.
10. Client Access to Information - Clients may request access to their personal information and request corrections if necessary. Requests should be made in writing via email, and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
11. Complaints Handling - If you believe we have not handled your personal information correctly, please contact us at han@restorewithhannah.com.au. Complaints will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within 7 business days.
12. Intellectual Property - All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Restore with hannah and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability - We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services and you should always consult your medical professional for a medical opinion & advice when necessary. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service or product.
