Mentoring
High-level support for those looking to accelerate transformation or who may be going through a difficult period and need daily support. Designed to give continuous guidance, mentoring is especially helpful when making big changes, overcoming anxiety, recovering from burnout, building emotional resilience, and addressing deeper challenges like limiting beliefs or your harsh inner critic.
What’s included:
Weekly one-on-one coaching sessions
Daily text and voice note support for guidance, encouragement and to answer any questions (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm)
Check ins and a space to share anything that comes up as you navigate change
Regular progress reviews to keep you on track
Plus worksheets & resources to use in between sessions
The mentoring structure ensures you stay on track, develop sustainable habits, and create a solid foundation for continued growth well beyond the program.

According to the Internation Coaching Federation (ICF) coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.
“Individual” or “1:1 coaching” is where there is one client and coach at a time so the sessions are personalised and confidential, compared to a group coaching program.

Online coaching connects you with your coach via video calls, making it flexible and accessible so you can be based anywhere around the world, via your phone or computer. We book in a date and time, I will send you a link and you can log in. You do not need to pay for a zoom account or any additional costs. It is best to be in a space where you can talk openly and won’t be disturbed. Sessions are private, interactive, and tailored to your needs, providing the same benefits as in-person coaching.

Sessions typically involve the client expressing their intention, goal or topics that they would like to explore for the duration of the session, or multiple sessions. The coach will listen, ask questions without judgement and confirm what they heard to make sure that they understand the intention. The process is collaborative, so the client feels seen and heard, and the coach will be guided by the client on what they need to get from the session. The coach may use evidence-based skills and techniques like talk therapy, mindfulness, somatic practices, and compassion focused techniques to provide support. You might like to bring a water or tea, a pen and journal to take notes. You’ll leave with a feeling of calm, of being heard and understood, and supported with guidance to support your progress.

Results are unique to each individual, but many clients begin noticing positive changes within 4–8 sessions. Transforming deeply rooted behaviours and beliefs takes time, yet every step forward brings you closer to your goals. For some, 6 sessions can create significant progress, while others choose to partner with a coach long-term to continue growing and evolving. The journey is uniquely yours, and it depends on your goals, the time you dedicate to your transformation, and the level of support you feel is right for you.
