In this 1-hour walk and talk session, we’ll combine the calming power of the outdoors with compassionate coaching to help you find clarity and feel more grounded. Walking side by side, we’ll explore what’s on your mind, mindfulness, somatic practices and work toward practical solutions.

This experience is perfect for those who feel most at ease outdoors and want to connect with themselves in a calming, natural setting. Together, we will explore your challenges and goals while embracing the healing power of the environment. 

Key info:

  • 60 minute sessions held fortnightly 

  • At a location of your choice in Margaret River, Prevelly, Augusta or Witchcliffe

  • Can combine with online sessions also

  • Plus worksheets & resources to use in between sessions 

Pricing:

To ensure meaningful progress, I recommend coaching programs in packages.

3-Month Package: 6 sessions for $540.

6-Month Package: 12 sessions for deeper and more comprehensive guidance $1,000.

  • Walk & talk coaching combines gentle movement and mindfulness with coaching, taking sessions outdoors to boost mental clarity, creativity, and overall wellbeing. Stepping away from the traditional style of coaching and offline gives us a chance to soak up the sunshine and connect to nature. Depending on your location, we can meet in a quiet and calm environment such as a bush walk, park or the beach. Luckily, we are blessed with beautiful spots in the Margaret River Region!

  • Being outdoors for coaching reduces stress, promotes a sense of calm and is a great way for people to open up while walking rather than a traditional setting. This approach supports both mental and physical health while fostering deeper conversations. Other benefits include, boosted mood, increased somatic awareness of the body and connection to nature.

  • Sessions are paced to suit your fitness level and accessibility needs. The focus is on conversation, breathwork, mindfulness and light movement, not physical exertion, making it accessible for everyone. If you are not able to walk for long periods or have accessibility requirements, just let me know what feels good for you and we can find a comfortable place to sit and take breaks when needed. I am guided by what is best for you.

  • Reach out and let me know where you are to see if travel can be arranged. Alternatively, we can have the coaching session online, but you can be outdoors and walking in your favourite location, which means you will still get the wonderful benefits of a walk & talk coaching session.
