I must say, when I first heard about the idea of coaching, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. I had heard the term before but didn’t really understand what it entailed. Having tried various approaches in the past to address my problems, I was open to trying something new, though, to be honest, I didn’t have high expectations. However, after the first session, I realised that this was the missing aspect I had been looking for. Alongside the other self-improvement work I’ve been doing, this felt like the missing piece. These sessions provided me with a more practical and hands-on approach to my personal growth which was something that I was looking for. The tailored sessions were really helpful in being able to deal with issues that came up during the week and being able to reflect on them and have an outsiders perspective. I also really appreciate Hannah's attention to detail. Remembering small things and sending encouraging messages when something came up were gestures that I truly appreciated. To put it simply, I have found these coaching sessions very beneficial in ways I didn’t expect.
