    This program was designed for people who feel overwhelmed, unsure, or stuck. You can move at your own pace, take breaks when you need, and access gentle guidance every step of the way.
    You don’t have to be perfect — just willing to show up with curiosity and compassion.

  • You’ll need about 1–2 hours per week — that includes watching the short videos (15–30 minutes), trying the practices, and joining live calls if you wish.
    It’s intentionally gentle and spacious — you can pause, rewind, and re-watch at your own pace.

  • If you do the work, show up & practice the tools, I am so confident that you will feel a shift. However, if you realise coaching is not for you, I will refund you if requested within the first 14 day period.
