What to Expect:
Daily check-ins via text and voice notes for real-time support (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm)
Weekly 1-hour coaching sessions via Zoom to focus on your goals and challenges
A compassionate guide to cheer you on, keep you accountable, and help you navigate life’s ups and downs
Two way communication, so you send me a message or voice note when you want to give me feedback on a technique we’ve discussed or share new thought in real time, no waiting for your next session
Regular progress reviews to keep you on track
Plus worksheets & resources to use in between sessions

Pricing:
To ensure meaningful progress, I recommend coaching programs in packages.
1-Month Package: 4 sessions, plus daily text & voice support for $1,400.
2-Month Package: 8 sessions, plus daily text & voice support for $2,600.
3-Month Package: 12 sessions, plus daily text & voice support for $3,600.

Mentoring is the same style and resources used in coaching sessions but with the added benefit of regular communication. It is a highly supportive way for clients to work on their goals, challenges or intentions outside of their regular coaching sessions. Mentoring involves daily text check-ins from the client to coach, space to ask any questions or discuss any challenges, and a way to receive regular guidance from the coach in the form of voice note or text. Therefore, you get a lot more daily support, in-between your dedicated coaching sessions compared to regular coaching.

Mentoring provides insights, guidance, and support on a daily basis, if you need it! This allows you to move through challenges quicker, have increased accountability to achieve your goals and have a cheerleader in your pocket to celebrate your wins along the way. Some people find that they can overcome challenges and periods of difficulty more confidently and feel safer knowing that their coach is available to talk to when they need it.

This depends on the individual, what their intentions are for mentoring, and what level of support they need. Transforming deeply rooted behaviours and beliefs takes time, yet every step forward brings you closer to your goals. I have 3 different packages for 1, 2 or 3 months of mentoring so that clients can start with what they are comfortable with and depending on their budget.
