Hi, I’m Hannah - a trauma-informed, certified compassion-focused coach.
I walk beside you, not ahead of you.
For 10 years, I lived with chronic anxiety. I tried so many tools, techniques, and therapies — some helped a little, others not at all. Over time, I discovered what truly works, and now I bring that learning to you.
I do this work because I’m deeply passionate about it - and because I know, from lived experience, that healing from anxiety, chronic stress, and burnout doesn’t come from pushing through or doing it alone. It comes from understanding your nervous system, reconnecting with your body, and being met with real, compassionate support.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program. It’s a real relationship, rooted in safety, co-regulation, and sustainable change.

8 x 60-minute 1:1 sessions (fortnightly on Zoom)
Support between sessions - WhatsApp voice/text support

A safe, attuned space to unpack emotions, limiting beliefs & old patter and rebuild from within

That’s okay! My sessions are gentle, guided, and collaborative. You’ll receive clear support, reflection, and practical tools — without pressure or overwhelm. We start where you are.

Not at all. Many clients work with me because they feel “stuck but functional.” You don’t have to wait until burnout or breakdown — this space is for anyone ready to reconnect with themselves and find new tools.

Sessions are held online via Zoom every 2 weeks. Each one is 60 minutes. We’ll combine coaching conversation, somatic practices, and nervous system education based on what you need that day. You’ll also receive resources to support you between calls.

No problems! We can definitely do that if you would prefer.

Yes! You can start with the base package and add WhatsApp voice/text support at any time ($50/week). This gives you ongoing accountability, encouragement, and emotional check-ins between sessions.

No problem. I offer flexible rescheduling with 24+ hours' notice. We’ll find another time that works for both of us.
