  • 4 x 60-minute 1:1 sessions (fortnightly on Zoom)

  • All core coaching resources & tools – including nervous system education, breathwork, reflective journaling, somatic practices

  • Personalised guidance to help you calm your system, explore stuck beliefs, and find your footing again

  • Optional WhatsApp Support between sessions for extra care, grounding and accountability

Investment

  • $480 AUD (for 4 sessions over 2 months)

  • + $50/week if you'd like WhatsApp voice/text support between sessions for ongoing regulation, reflection and check-ins

How to begin

Online coaching FAQs

  • That’s okay! My sessions are gentle, guided, and collaborative. You’ll receive clear support, reflection, and practical tools — without pressure or overwhelm. We start where you are.

  • Not at all. Many clients work with me because they feel “stuck but functional.” You don’t have to wait until burnout or breakdown — this space is for anyone ready to reconnect with themselves and find new tools.

  • Sessions are held online via Zoom every 2 weeks. Each one is 60 minutes. We’ll combine coaching conversation, somatic practices, and nervous system education based on what you need that day. You’ll also receive resources to support you between calls.

  • No problems! We can definitely do that if you would prefer.

  • Yes! You can start with the base package and add WhatsApp voice/text support at any time ($50/week). This gives you ongoing accountability, encouragement, and emotional check-ins between sessions.

  • No problem. I offer flexible rescheduling with 24+ hours' notice. We’ll find another time that works for both of us.
