Before you book
You don’t need to be certain.
You don’t need to be “ready.”
You just need to be here — curious, open, maybe even a little unsure.
Starting support is a big step, especially if life’s felt heavy for a while.
If you’re still wondering whether Walk & Talk coaching is right for you, I want to say: that’s okay.
You’re not alone in this. And you don’t have to figure it all out today.
My sessions are gentle, grounded, and designed to meet you exactly where you’re at.
We walk. We talk. We pause. We breathe. Together, we explore what’s going on inside — at your pace.
There’s no fixing here, just space & support.
So you can begin to feel more like yourself again.
If you're still not sure, that's a sign you’re taking this seriously, and that matters.
Take a deep breath.
When you’re ready, I’d love to chat.
Walk & talk coaching FAQ:
-
It’s a session held outdoors—usually walking side‑by‑side—where a coach or therapist guides conversation while you move through natural or urban settings, rather than sitting face‑to‑face in an office.
-
flexible walking pace, often stopping to talk or reflect at quiet spots
checkin for session topic or intention, exploration, practice a technique or tool & closing reflection
-
Results are unique to each individual, but many clients begin noticing positive changes within 4–8 sessions. Transforming deeply rooted behaviours and beliefs takes time, yet every step forward brings you closer to your goals. For some, 6 sessions can create significant progress, while others choose to partner with a coach long-term to continue growing and evolving. The journey is uniquely yours, and it depends on your goals, the time you dedicate to your transformation, and the level of support you feel is right for you. Coaching offers the opportunity to create lasting, meaningful change at your own pace.
-
Just let me know what is best for you - sessions can take place on flat paths or trails with benches; clients can always pause or adjust pace
-
Research and clinical insights highlight multiple advantages:
Reduced anxiety, stress, and rumination through movement and nature
Boosted mood, energy, creativity, and problem‑solving through endorphins and shifting environments
A more relaxed setting—side‑by‑side walking eases intensity, lowers pressure, and opens up conversation
-
We choose quieter paths, pause conversations when necessary, and may shift locations to preserve privacy.
-
I check the weather forecast the day before your session. If it looks like rain, then I contact you to organise a weather safe location. If there is no option, we can hold the session online or reschedule.
-
I am open to well-behaved, leased dogs coming if you feel like it won’t get in the way of your session.
