For over 10 years I woke up with a racing heart and panic attacks.
I read all the books, I tried all the things, did therapy. But I didn’t feel better until I finally understood what was going on inside my mind & body that was causing anxiety.
Once I understood my nervous system, learn't about self-compassion, and used body-based practices, I finally felt inner peace.
Now I'm a certified mental health & wellbeing coach, and I make sure you don't have to figure this out alone.

After the first session, I realised that this was the missing aspect I had been looking for. Alongside the other self-improvement work I’ve been doing, this felt like the missing piece. These sessions provided me with a more practical and hands-on approach to my personal growth which was something that I was looking for.
