I must say, when I first heard about the idea of coaching, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. I had heard the term before but didn’t really understand what it entailed. Having tried various approaches in the past to address my problems, I was open to trying something new, though, to be honest, I didn’t have high expectations. Coaching is a collaborative, supportive process designed to help you navigate challenges, understand yourself more deeply, and create meaningful change in your life.

Each session is client-led and grounded in a safe, non-judgemental space. You’ll have the opportunity to bring forward your intentions, goals, or anything on your mind — whether it's emotional overwhelm, life transitions, or simply wanting to reconnect with yourself.

During a session, you can expect:

  • Space to talk freely, be truly heard, and feel understood

  • Gentle, curious questioning to help uncover what’s beneath the surface

  • Practical tools, reflection prompts, and calming strategies you can take into daily life

  • A calm, grounding environment — whether we meet online or outdoors in nature

  • A compassionate coach who is there to guide, support & be your cheerleader!

You’re encouraged to bring a tea or water, and a journal if you'd like to take notes. You’ll leave each session feeling more clear, centred, and supported.
